Avoid Orlando Transmission Repair at all costs. The absolute WORST customer experience of my life. Horrible communication. Never respected my needs or my deadlines. I had to chase down answers with repeated phone calls every time. I felt as if they were telling me what I wanted to hear half the time. After $1500+ spent and having to return the car twice for follow-up repairs, my transmission is STILL slipping to this day. I feel like if I take it back to OTR for them to honor their work, they will find a way to trap me in to paying more $$. Although my car is a 94 and it has 200k+ miles, I do not feel like I got anywhere near good customer service. If I could choose zero stars, I would.
