TCP is a disgrace in professionalism and overall ethics. Anyone looking for an affordable place to live, go ahead and spend a little bit extra and look elsewhere! Many of TCP's properties may look nice from the outside, it may even look good on the inside, but its all a cover-up...you can put lipstick on a pig, but its still a pig.
