Charged For Service Not Provided 8/30/2011

I was also hung up on by Carla, several times. She must be a relative. I do not know why else she would be employed there. She is horrific to deal with. She works noon to 6pm and Saturdays. Avoid Her! The morning guy is not much better. Everything has to go through Jeff ?the owner? and he is seldom available. They had my Dyson for 2 weeks. They failed to tell me my part (the brush) was back ordered. We went on-line and ordered it directly from Dyson, it was cheaper and available. We were charged $29.95 for a filter and $39.95 for service ($72.08 with tax). We got the vacuum back and it was just as dirty as when I dropped it off. They did not replace or clean 2 of the filters. They say they replaced a filter that you cannot see! Jeff said he personally signed off on it. He stands by the work they did. I wanted a refund. He said I would have to bring my vacuum cleaner back in (3rd time there) and they would put a dirty filter in it and then refund my money. They are nothing more than scam artists that do poor work. They do not know the first thing about customer service. Maybe when this family run business started years ago they put the customer first and had pride in their work. No Longer! I dropped my vacuum off on 8/13/11. I wish I had seen Seth?s review posted 8/19/11 first. I would not have gone there. Bottom line is, my husband has ordered all of the parts on-line from Dyson and is going to do the work himself and clean our vacuum plus we are out $72.08. I think my next step is the Better Business Bureau. Please find another place to take your business. Shannon from Maple Grove more
