I took a box in for shipping and had to buy a new one. I agreed to let them take my work materials out and put it in the new box and left them with a filled out shipping document. The 20 pound box shipped on account never arrived! The owner said it was shipped under a different tracking number to some unknown address! Now my company is mad at me as there were costly work items in there. The owner kept saying he would look into it and call me back and never did. Finally another one of his incompetent assistants lamely called me back near closing time with no info to speak of and said the owner was gone for the day! Won't be using them again!
