Grosh Backdrops are way over priced and their management are completely unreasonable people. They tried to charge me overages because they blaimed me for losing the drop, even after my driver returned the rental item and my driver has a receipt to prove it. The CA competitor in San Diego (BB) may not have better sales staff but who needs a great salesperson if you're just renting an item. The competitors prices are way better than Grosh's. I am no longer going there. Id rather pay a higher price than to be victimized by fraudulent claims; its safer.
