I first visited the Charles Maund location only to be disappointed. I drove over 20 miles to Hewlett VW and not only was I treated better, I was given a better price. I was very impressed with my salesman Gabriel. He treated me like a person instead of a sale. Gabriel was honest with me and very considerate of my time. He was very polite and took the time to answer all of my questions. I know when its time to buy again I will definitely be coming back to see Gabriel.
