The company (CEDAR MANAGEMENT) totally rips people off... Ant infested! Heater did not work, water leaks, filthy and needed paint on move in but they expect you to clean it when you leave. I got all of my money back for deposit (because I cleaned it and filled all the holes that were there when I moved in) but they stole a months rent even after I gave them a 30 day notice and made me pay a lease break fee even after they rented the place out before my lease was to be up. Do not fall for their tricks. Oh, and they raised my rent after I moved out so they could get a little more money from me. I am totally disgusted with the BUNG-alow's of Champlin (Bungalows of Champlin).
