If you need an appliance repaired, you MUST call Bob's Appliance Service. Our dryer has been working terribly for a week now. I called Bob's yesterday, left a message, and he called me back a few hours later to let me know he could take a look at the dryer today and would call me between 7:30 and 8:00am to confirm a time. He gave me call this morning as he said he would, and showed up on time.
Once he arrived, he diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and now our dryer sounds good as new. He really is as nice and professional as other reviewers have written.
It can be difficult to decide what repair service to call when you have no idea how an appliance might work. I made several calls to repair services yesterday -- one sounded really shady, one blew me off and told me I should buy a new dryer, one never called me back, and then there was Bob! Don't waste your time making those other calls. Just call Bob's!
