My girlfriends and I are on vacation with our families on Hilton Head and decided that instead of our traditional cocktail hour we would do something different while on vacation. One of the ladies had been to the Art Cafe before and had fond memories of it so we decided to harness our creativity and make momentos to remember our time on vacation. We had the hardest time choosing from all of the fun pottery pieces! The girls working the front were very attentive and really tried to help us with our pieces (me in particular- I lack the creative gene). We enjoyed it so much we brought our children back the next day to paint their own things (they have GREAT kid stuff!). If you are looking for a fun activity out of the sun (and in the AC) for adults and kids - I absolutely recommend the Art Cafe!
