Generally, when I work with someone from RG Group, they are extremely friendly and very eager to please, so that's very nice. I keep having trouble getting the things to actually come through when I order them though. I place an order and it sort of vanishes for awhile, then I get the parts in a box, so I do get them eventually. Other distributors give me a lead time and a definite date, but when RG Group says it will be here in about 6 weeks, I've got an order that hasn't arrived in 8 weeks. All the components I have ordered have been great, and the people have been very, very friendly. I enjoy working with RG group, and I try to help them out with tips on how to improve because I appreciate the value they offer.
