I am a local customer and I deal with this company on a regular basis. They are are both honest and fair. I have had several parts that needed to be returned because they did not fit my air compressors or tools. The customer service explained that as long as the item was returned without any damage within 30 days they would exchange it (or credit my card) - that information is actually stamped on all of my invoices as well. I expect any company to charge a fee on anything special ordered, returned, etc...based on the company's policy. All companies have a return policy. Some of the comments I see on here are probably from the same customers who abuse the return system. This company has very good customer service, they are fair and very helpful.
