Hardy?s is located inside Studio City?s M&M Market, an aging brick building that?s hardly noticed by passers by. The only visible sign of a meat market inside are the plumes of smoke billowing from a skinny chimney on the roof. The market itself offers little more than the average convenience store. Yet, tucked away in the back corner is a sizable butcher case filled with raw, marinated, and smoked meats. Behind the butcher case stands a rotisserie machine with chicken, lamb, and other spitted offerings. At Thanksgiving, you?ll even find whole roasted turkeys. If, as you?re shopping for your weekend barbeque, you find yourself hungry, you can order any pre-cooked meats for immediate consumption on a sandwich. Boy, don?t we love instant gratification!
