Completely unclear on customer service! I made an appointment 2 days ahead and when I got there they didn't have the filter for my oil change but they didn't tell me that until I asked and had waited for almost an hour. The filter for my car was on a truck headed over, which they said was 10 minutes away. Then they approached me about a fluid leak for someone else's car. They offered nothing but weak excuses. I left after an hour & 45 mins with nothing. They had 2 days to check their stock to see if they were ready to do the job. They had an hour and 45 minutes to try to make it right. They watched videos and phoned to reserve tee times for the weekend.
