Wow, this company is good! I had a promissory note from a ""TV producer"" to invest in a new television project she was creating. She promissed to give me my monies back within 9 months of the investment plus 50% (total of 5k). Well that was in Feb. 2007! And until I contacted TCM (Jan 2011), I hadn't received ANY monies from this woman... only excuses. They found out where she works and pressed her into making payments to me. They even put it on her credit until she pays me off! They are very professional & serious about what they do. If you have a small claims or arbitration clause that you have not been able to collect on, call these guys.
