Horrible... Let me first say that I am typically very accommodating (timid?) in terms of poor service here and there. However, tonight was without a doubt ""The Worst"" I have experienced in some time (years). My family had received their dinner and 20 minutes later mine had still not arrived. The waitress explained that shrimp ""takes much longer"" plus they had to walk to Food Lion to get the shrimp. Of course, the manager later denied that, saying they were a large company and didn't know why she said that...
Being in business myself, I personally would have offered the entire meal free and given a coupon for the next visit in an effort to keep a customer. Not here....full price and NO apologies.... All I can say is....Wow.... Where is there a decent Mexican Restaurant in Virginia Beach???
