After paying deposit and getting a confirmation the same day of the party, the clown did not showed up. All kids were waiting and waiting while I tried calling the office to find out what had happened but nobody picked up. I had to improvise some games with the kids since I did not have any back up plan for this situation. After the party was over, I received a phone call from ?the manager? asking me if the clown had showed up?. After I said that he did not show up and that I had left several messages in the voice mail, she began to give me excuses about why the entertainer could not make it to the party?.then she said ?she was sorry but it was nobody?s fault?? what? This is a very unprofessional and irresponsible company. I guess it is manage by a real CLOWN!!! Hope this is helpful and no one have to experience what I did.
