Very impolite, rude, unprofessional technician.
Called him to repair our refrigerator which had a failed evaporator fan motor. He came and replaced the motor. On the same day we started hearing a wobbling noise and reported to him. He didn't like it. After 5 or 6 unfriendly phone conversations, he turned up with a different part. It turned out the part he brought with him is wrong one. He gave some pointless explanation and expressed extreme annoyance at me asking him very common questions people would ask in these situations. At last he said he found a loose screw in his original installation and tightened it. That seemed to make the noise go away.
Now for the worst part. He blamed us for causing the loose screw not accepting he did a shoddy work in the first place, much to my bafflement and even rage. I felt very indignant by this. He kept insisting on this and finally left after some rude unfriendly talk, which was completely unnecessary in this situation.
Very bad professional. I would say never to Baytech appliance.
