I would like to give them a 0 but the system wont go that low. I had an issue with my unit freezing up. They came out and replaced the freon and sold us a service contract. They performed the first service and everything seemed fine. About 1 week later we noticed water seeping up through the hard wood floors and called them per our service contract to come out. The service call was supposed to be at no extra charge per the service contract. However when I called I was told this was an ""After Hours"" call and if the leak was not due to the freon then I would not only have to pay for the service call but I would also have to pay a premium. I wound up fixing the leak myself but the hardwood floors were ruined.
