During the pre-sale, Southport Heating, Plumbing, & Geothermal was very helpful with providing me with facts for my decision making. I had picked them in the phone book initially. They weren't the cheapest, but I had confidence after the pre-sale so I chose them. Upfront, I had good feelings about them. During the installation, the workers from Southport was very professional, and came when they said they would. They installed units within the said time frame. During the post-sale, I did have one small issue, but Southport responded immediately and took the effort to solve the issue. For two and a half years, everything in my heating and cooling system has been running fine. I would highly recommend Southport Heating, Plumbing, & Geothermal!
