My first visit as a new patient was a very delightful experience. Her assistants were very pleasant. One of the assistants got me in quickly when another patient cancelled because I had told her when I called that I had some issues I needed to address. When I came in the office, the assistants were very attentive and went through my paperwork page by page. Dr. Shangold was very thorough and made me feel at ease that whatever the problem was that she would definitely take care of my issues. So I left her office very satisfied with all of my problems solved and all of my questions answered.Jio
