I love Mona as a doctor. She spends a lot of time with each patient, and she is very attentive to the problems. Overall I have had a very positive experience with her. Although it is often hard to reach her by phone with questions during the day probably because she is busy seeing other patients then, she usually replies to online questions through the new consultation system on her website within a day.Sara
