Upon arrival, I was greeted by a kind receptionist who walked me through the paperwork. The nurse was especially sweet and cheerful and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Shangold came in about 1015 minutes after the nurse was done and apologized for the wait which I did not feel was too long, especially compared to experiences with other doctors!. Dr. Shangold was very professional and made the visit easy and mostly painless. I felt very comfortable with the staff and would recommend Dr. Shangold to anyone.Jill
