One of the things I really like about Dr. Shangold is how she listens to everything I have to say and then she weeds through what I think she thinks I may be embellishing or elaborating on and she tries to do what she thinks is medically best and right for me. She takes the time to explain all of my symptoms and evaluate the ones that need further evaluation. She is exceptionally thorough and pay attention to every detail, and she always figures out how to solve my problems.Susie
