Bought a used car from them. I never bought from a dear before, didn't know what to expect. Had to go back to drop for paperwork for the financial end. After the second trip my husband asked where my temporary plate was. I didn't know but you think they would know! After the third trip in one day I got the temporary plate. Almost 30 days from the date of purchase I still have not received a call or any mail so that I can get my actual license plate. They don't even offer a gas card or anything for this mess. Still waiting........
