Very prompt, same day service. Service persons were courteous, efficient and even moved my furniture. I didn't like the fact that they cannot give pricing over the phone..not even an average. I think the pricing could've been explained more clearly. I guess I must've missed something in the price review because when they were done my bill was double the normal price that I typically have paid in the past to have this routine service done...snaking the roots out of my sewer and storm wihtout a camera. Bill: $497! Then they tell me I may have a problem, but they wouldn't know for sure without the camera. They told me this after they had already cleaned up and put everything away. My receipt says to come out with camera:$195! Yet when I asked them how much it would've been to put the camera down at the time...$30 extra...yet a manager on the phone said it would've been a free courtesy but they don't carry cameras on each truck. So they agreed to bring one back this weekend for free. Then they asked me to turn on my sink and poured some solution into it and explained how to use it and said it cuts down on grease and just left it on my counter. Never mentioned a cost or asked if I would like to purchase. I assumed it was included and my receipt shows no cost, etc. Turns out somehow I was charged $50 for this so although I cannot see the charges on my receipt, but they are crediting this to me. I think although they were courteous and prompt and so far appear to have solved my problem, I feel I got ripped off. Everyone I have spoken to says that that was WAY too pricey for what I had done.
