I had a terrible experience here. I took my car in, paid $700 and was given back a vehicle with the exact same problems it went in with. I took it back to Polly's and was told there was nothing wrong with it other than age, but that there was no refund for the original service--why was this even done if the issue was "age?" Despite being told that my car that shook and revved when in neutral was "normal," I took it to the dealer, and had it fixed in a day for only $350 (it was a motor mount issue, which Polly's told me would cost $500-$800 to have done and was "not necessary"--yet this service from the dealer completely fixed all issues I was experiencing). I don't plan on straying from the dealer again, and I will certainly never take a vehicle back to Polly's. I wasted $700, a good four days without a car and a lot of frustration.
