Bottom line: Dave (owner) and the staff treated me and my car problem in a timely and efficient manner. They diagnosed the problem (deficient tire) and walked me through the steps with how to address this problem with Les Schwab. They did not charge me for their diagnosis and their assistance helped advocate for myself with the management at Les Schwab. I will be going back to them, to be sure! more
