Goodness grief! From the moment the man (who refused to give me his name or transfer me to someone else) answered the phone, his disposition was HORRIBLE! I even asked him if his morning was going okay because it was very challenging to speak to him - And that's when we went down hill. The crux of the story is that he ended up YELLING at me and telling ME that HE was doing ME a favor (as if I couldn't just cancel the order and move elsewhere), and subsequently hung up on me and that has led me here.
