I called Guy at ACS to get a quote on a new air conditioner unit after being told that I would need to replace it by my utility co. Instead of giving me a price like the other companies I called, he actually took the time to review the maintenance record and ended up being able to fix the problem. In the end he saved me thousands of dollars. Instead of taking the easy way out and being able to make more money by just replacing the unit, he was completely honest and that's why if I ever have trouble with my HVAC again, he's the one I'll call.
