I had actually contacted another company and was working with somebody else, however I was not at all satisfied with their customer service and they were really lacking response time and were limited in their time frame.
I found Independent Overhead Doors and called them. I explained my issue to Doug, and he let me know that he could help me out and offered to come out that same day for an estimate. I thought that was just great! He met me and determined he could do the work that same day! I was more than pleased with everything! He is reasonably priced, consistent with his work and provides great customer service! I've already recommended him to a few of my friends and would definitely use his services in the future!
