Josh was quite courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. I was dreading having my front loading dryer fixed. Luckily, the diagnosis & fix was simple (my son forgot to put the lint vent back and a sock got in where the lint is trapped). Dryer was fixed in less than ½ hour!
Definite thumbs up for Pitstop! I liked their 2-hour window, customer service and they fixed my dryer!
