I love my haircut and highlights. The stylist and assistant stylists are great. The only thing I was a little overwhelmed by was all the selling that happened during my visit to the salon. I understand the need to sell, but for me I go in with a budget and a time frame in mind. I know I can just say no...but still I want to be treated as a respected client not just as a way to meet a quota. I plan on returning with an anticipation of hoping the selling would be toned down a bit on the next round. Also each client should be treated with as much attention as the next no matter what your spending. After all we are people just trying to look our best and going to glendale hair salon to do so. Just thought I would point that out.
