The sap section is amazing no complaints. My hair stylist on the other hand... She does great work, but her pricing makes no sense. For starters, she got a promotion and my fee went up. This is fine, except I wasn't told this in advance. I get almost the same thing done to my hair every single time and I've never paid the same price... not even once. Every time she tries to talk me out of getting my hair blown dry (who doesn't want their hair dried after its colored???) When I request it, she doesn't blow it out, she just tousles it around with the hair dryer which I could just do myself. I've stopped going there because of her and I didn't feel comfortable changing stylists knowing she'd question me about it. I've found a new stylist at another location who does NOT: high pressure sales me on the most expensive products in the store, who spends extra time making sure I think my hair is perfect, who calls me when they have any specials or sales going on, and is just all around more pleasant.
