I was very impressed by the sensitivity of the dental staff, especially of Dr. Gray. It was clear that I mattered to him; he made time for me, he personally (not an aide or secretary) did follow-up phone calls, and he gave me honest appraisals of what dental work needed to be done now and what could probably wait. I also appreciated his careful approach to my care. It was clear that he was commited to making sure my treatment was as safe and painless as possible, even when that meant taking extra time. Most striking, though, was that Dr. Gray knew his limits and was quick to ask for help when he felt that another dental professional could better provide the care that I needed. I appreciate Dr. Gray's humility in putting the good of his patient (me) before any desire to do the job himself. I feel confident and comfortable with entrusting my dental care to Dr. Gray.
