I have been a customer of your salon for approximately 3 maybe 4 years..Recently I've had to care for my sick mother and have not been able to give the 48 hours cancellation notice.. At the time I cancelled my last appt. the young women explained to me that they will need my credit card on file so they can charge me for cancelling in the future.. I had given a 24 hour notice.. Due to this policy I have chosen not to return to your salon..I enjoyed the stylist I had she was a pleasure to work with. Please tell Elisha she has lost a customer because of this policy..
