I would like to start by saying I have needed to go to dentist for a long time and have prevented going because of fear. My experience with the office from the start was great! Great feeling when making appt w/ Pearl and her calling me back to give me reminder and explaining what my insurance covers. Coming in and being welcomed to the office, being called in within 5mins, the hygienest was amazing with making me feel comfortable and explaining everything, the detailed explanation from the doctor of what needs to be done and lastly having my out of pocket for services needed. The office was great and I have recommended the office to my co-workers.
