A series of snafus which were eventually attributed to a key employee's vacation. Ok, everyone deserves a vacation, but they did not own up to their mistakes. In the end it cost me $30 to return the merchandise and I got what I needed elsewhere with no pain. Wish I had gone elsewhere to begin with!
