Mood Swings is literally the BEST salon in town! The staff is super talented and their customer service blew me out of the water. I have never experienced such a welcoming place before. Aveda color is awesome and it made my hair feel super healthy and shiny. I also enjoyed the most relaxing, customized facial. My skin is literally glowing!!! 5 starts all the way Mood Swings!!!!
