"Thank you so much for all the you did to see to it that we got what we paid for in having Mr. Transmission fix our car. I am so thankful that you felt it more important to see to it that I was satisfied with the money spent rather than just passing the buck. It is so few and far between that we are able to experience customer service on the level that you provided. Having another mechanic look at the misfire issue, re-evaluating the work already performed, offering to pay for a rental car should we need one. All things that we will not soon forget!
