My a/c went out on a Sunday afternoon (100F outside!). After calling several companies who couldn't get to my house until the next day and couldn't give a time when they would arrive, I got through to Joe S from Precision Heating and Air. He was very courteous and was able to come within a couple of hours. He called me a couple of times before arriving to give me an update on when he would arrive - I really appreciated this. When he arrived, he went straight to the root cause (dual cap) and replaced it within minutes. After checking that no other damage had been caused, he was finished and on his way. \r
