These guys rock! 4 ideas here: 1.) Their SIP packages with the Lightspeed Server and the Content Delivery Network are just STUPID FAST. The CDN allows you have all of your non-core content served elsewhere and reduce the load on your server. Very easy to implement - works great. The InterWorx control panel is straightforward - you can do you own backups whenever you want (less than 2 minutes for .5 gigs). It all works great. 2.) Support - Outstanding! Always a quick response to ticket - always happy to help. 3.) Magento hosting knowledge. While they're not consultants, they can pretty quickly figure out why you've got a Magento problem (blank Admin panel... etc) and how to fix it. I doubt RS has techs which ALL know how to support Magento. 4.) Price/value. They don't charge enough. We just left a dual server and managed FW solution on our old platform (WebSphere) which we hosted at Rackspace ($2,000/mo) and now pay $200/mo... OMG. I am so happy with these folks!
