Living here for the past 5 years has been a real blessing. The location is fantastic. Easy on and off Loop 410 is the best especially since they re-did the access roads and highway in the area.. My rent is affordable. I only pay $530 for my 1 bedroom. I've referred 2 of my close friends to move here and I made $500 from the management company. I'm close to the airport, For Sam, the hospital, and many places to shop like Academy, HEB, and restaurants. I don't own a car and the bus stop is just down the sidewalk for me. If you're looking for an apartment, you've got to at least come by here and check it out. -Daphney J.\r
