July, 1 Mark the technician came out on time and informed me of what was needed to replace my old water heater and bring it up to code. I told him I had an earlier quote from another place and he and his company worked it out to where I was getting a better price for a complete up to code job. Mark was patient, courteous, informative and very efficient. I would highly recommend Mark and Fast Water heaters.
