We enjoyed the whole process. Jason who came to our home was very informative and he was available throughout the whole process. The installation team were very professional and did an excellent job. What surprised us the most was that the only monies asked up front was the $150 for lead testing. Our window order was for over $10,000 and we did not pay anything until the job was done. What a refreshing was to do business. We are remodeling our home and we find that we must pay for everything in advance before receiving any of the goods that we have bought.
