We called O'Donnell to come out and give us an estimate to what we think is a simple repair. However, when he got to our house - he refused to go in our crawl space ( he did not think he would fit - but we have had bigger guys tan him down there) and said he would send someone out a few days later. Never heard from him again. I guess he didn't need/want our business.
