The dispatcher was informative and helped me out suggesting the best solution to get rid of the pet stains on the rug so I let him do what he had to do. I stepped out to let him work comfortably and as I returned and saw the rug I saw his work and how great the his solution functioned. The rug looked brand new and I couldn't be happier with the work and service I got.
