Get a 2nd or 3rd quote besides Fivestar Plumbing!
First of all they will not even come out without a $30.00 diagnosis fee. When we called we described exactly what had to be done (which was a simple plumbing job for a pro) on the phone and the other plumbers gave us an estimate OVER THE PHONE! When Fivestar showed up they gave us a quote of $380 and up. They would not give us an exact price until the job was finished; however the plumber said it would start at $380.00. We paid him the $30.00, told him they were a rip off and to please leave. We then called two other plumbers and BOTH were in the low $200's. We had the job completed for $225.00.
