I have been living in an apartment managed by Power Property Management for the last 2 years. About a year ago I had a problem with another tenant in my buildings boyfriend who was not on the lease, and not supposed to be living there. He would stay up either yelling and screaming at his girlfriend at all hours of the night or would be outside of the apartment drinking and starting fights with other residents in the neighborhood. After several attempts of asking him to be considerate of his neighbors to no avail, I decided I needed to let Power Property Management know of what was going on. They informed me that they had received a couple of other complaints from tenants in my building and were attempting to rectify this situation. I figured that this was just a way of giving me the run around and I doubted that anything would actually be done. To my suprise after about 10 days from my call they had both the tenant and her boyfriend removed from the building and now my apartment is finally quiet and enjoyable to come home to once again. Thanks again Power Property Management for taking the time to deal with this issue. Finally a property management company willing to go above and beyond!
