Wow - what can I say about how disappointed I was with my first and last eating experience at Mt. Fuji. \r
We waited for 10 minutes to even have someone come and seat us. Waited 10 more minutes to get some water and order some appetizers. After almost 60 minutes with no water or saki refills we got our 3 rolls and appetizers. The rolls were not up to the quality I expect in SLC. The sushi at the local all you can eat place is much better.\r
I would have rated Mt. Fuji a big fat ZERO if I could have.\r
Service was definately a ZERO\r
Food was a ONE.\r
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
