I bought a used Toyota from Poway Toyota back in August. On a road trip in December, it became apparant that there was some undercarriage damage to the vehicle that wasn't disclosed by the previous owner. Poway Toyota arranged to have it repaired at no cost, and even gave me a comparable rental vehicle for the whole time. It was a painless process.
Then yesterday someone backed into my car causing it to be unsafe to drive. I moving out of state in a few days and need my car fixed ASAP! The Asst. Service Manager got on the phone with my insurance company and arranged for the adjuster to come out tomorrow morning and promised to have the vehicle repaired by Saturday afternoon. This is amazing customer service
